Rule 79
Departmental action to be taken
(1) If the government employee or any other person who receives government money advance does not remit the advance within the time limit specified in this regulation, interest will be charged on the remaining advance amount at the rate of ten percent per annum from the date of overdue and in case of unnecessary advance or failure to remit, or if the payment is not made within the deadline, the salary will be withheld. If you fail to do so and withhold your salary, departmental action can be taken according to the prevailing law. In the case of people other than government employees, a public notice will also be issued and the government debt will be collected with interest.
(2) After receiving the necessary details related to the submission from the person receiving the submission, or after receiving the goods or services from the person, firm, company or organization receiving the goods or services or completing other government work, or after completing the work to be completed, the amount equal to the submission within the time limit specified in this regulation. Expenses should be invoiced in writing. In case of lack of budget to make additional payment, the budget should pay the amount equal to the loss and keep a record of the remaining amount.
